2. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Booking Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking our services.
Passenger Conduct: You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your party. We reserve the right to terminate any trip without refund if a passenger's conduct is unruly, threatening, or poses a hazard to our chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
Damage to Vehicles: You will be held financially responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior of our vehicles caused by any member of your party.
Lost Property: We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind in our vehicles. Please ensure you have all your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy Cancellations must be made within a specified time before the scheduled pickup to avoid charges. A failure to be present at the scheduled pickup time and location ("no-show") will result in a full charge for the service. Please contact us directly or refer to your booking confirmation for details on our specific cancellation policy.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms This section governs our SMS program in compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number on our website's booking form, you provide your express written consent to receive automated and personalized marketing and informational text messages (SMS) from Royal Transportation. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Program Description: You will receive messages related to:
Booking confirmations and trip reminders.
